With that thought, we added personalised SMS features to our SMS system so you can send unique SMS text messages to your customers and make them feel appreciated. You can also use Personalised SMS to notify your customers on any information individually.

1. Login to iSMS member console.

2. Go to "Compose SMS with upload CSV File"

3. Select "CSV Compose" tab.

4. Browse and select your CSV file. It must be a CSV (Comma delimited) file.

3. Key in your message into "Message" text area.

You may leave the non related columns blank. The mobile number of the recipients must begin with prefix 60.

4. Click "Send Now" to send SMS
