iSMS always strives to provide the best service to all of our customers. Therefore our system functions reflects us too. With that thought, we added personalised SMS features to our SMS system so you can send unique SMS text messages to your customers and make them feel appreciated. You can also use Personalised SMS to notify your customers on any information individually.

1. Login to iSMS member console.

2. Go to "Compose SMS with upload CSV File"

3. Select "CSV Compose" tab.

4. Browse and select your CSV file. It must be a CSV (Comma delimited) file.

5. Make sure your CSV file is filled with the correct data. You may add your data as shown in the screenshot below.

6. Enter your personalised message, example: Hi %name%, happy birthday to you.

7. Select "Send Now" to send your personalised SMS

8. After clicking "Send Now", it will prompted "Confirm sending this SMS?"

9. Click "OK" to confirm sending the SMS.

10. You may click on "Status" to check your SMS blasting progress.

11. Your SMS status will displayed similar to the screenshot below. You may view or export the data.
