== How to Convert Microsoft Excel to CSV  ==

1. Please login to iSMS member console to download a csv sample file for reference. (You may skip this step if you have the file).

2. Open the sample CSV file at Microsoft Excel and you will see the format below.

To send SMS, you must follow the format.

3. You will need to follow the format and insert your data accordingly as shown in the example below. 

You may leave the non related columns blank. The mobile number of the recipients must begin with prefix 60.

4. To add prefix 60 to all of the mobile phone numbers:

* Highlight the entire phone number column which you have just inserted.
* Right click the selected phone number column, and click '''Format Cells'''.

5. Select "Custom" then key in "60##########" (# 10 times).

6. This will add "60" to all mobile phone numbers in the selected column.

7. Select "File" and click "Save As" to save the file as CSV format.

8. Select CSV (Comma Delimited) and click "Save" to save your file as CSV format.
